Industrial design:

Industrial Design has a focus on technical concepts, products and processes. In addition to considering aesthetics, usability, and ergonomics, it can also encompass the engineering of objects, usefulness as well as usability, and market placement.

Mechanical designers create a broad spectrum of parts, tools, assemblies, and machines. They typically focus on power-producing machines (such as motors, turbines, and engines) and power-using machines (such as robots, and machine tools). We can provide you with a complete design package, from Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis through 2D detail drawings, as required.


Tool Design:


Our industrial designs use research, sketching, comparative product research, model making, prototyping and testing to refine the tool. Product characteristics specified by the designer may include the overall shape of the object, the location of details with respect to one another, colors, texture, sounds, and aspects concerning the ergonomic  use of the product. Additionally our designer may specify aspects concerning the production process, choice of materials and the way the product is packaged. The use of our designers may lead to added values by improved usability, lowered production costs and more effective products.

Special Purpose Machine Design:

The design, development and manufacture of special purpose machinery, custom machinery, industrial automation and production equipment designed to solve manufacturing problems. We have built special purpose machinery, designed control systems and automation for many industrial sectors. In every case, the confidentiality of customers’ commercial or technological information is strictly maintained.

Our aim is to design special purpose machinery that is as simple as possible while meeting the client's specifications. Typically the processes are automatic or manual assembly, drilling, milling or welding machines in any combination desired to meet our customers need.  In this way we produce special purpose machinery, industrial, and factory automation that is very reliable and cost effective.

Special purpose assembly lines are designed to produce a product. They may be for new products, or retooled to incorporate the current refinements and changes.
